FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What do sleeping arrangements look like?    

Students will stay in cabins with bunk beds. Rooms are gender, and often grade, specific. An adult leader will be responsible for each cabin. Adults and students do not share beds.

2. What kind of supervision will there be? We take adult leaders to camp who have been screened and completed background checks. Each leader is responsible for no more than six students. 3. How do you keep track of every student? Students are assigned to a cabin and group with a leader who is responsible for them. As well, each time the group travels to attend a worship session, attendance is tracked. 4. What does the registration cost cover? The registration cost includes meals at the camp, activities, program fees, housing, camp t-shirt and transportation. Students will need to bring extra money for a meal or two on the road as well as for the snack and shops at the camps. 5. What type of transportation do you use? 15 passenger vans driven by leaders. 6. When is departure? JHM- Friday, January 20th @ 4:00pm at Harvest (dinner will be provided) HSM- Friday, January 27th @ 4:00pm at Harvest (dinner will be provided) 7. When will students return? JHM- Sunday, January 22nd Appx. 5:00pm to Rockford HSM- Sunday, January 29th Appx. 5:00pm to Rockford 8. How do you determine cabin assignments? We will be assigning cabins based on their grade and their small groups. 9. How will I receive communication once my student is registered?

We will send a confirmation email once your student has successfully registered for the trip. We will also be updating throughout the weekend on our social media accounts. 10. Are there any scholarships available? There are. We ask that each family provide what they can. You can apply for a scholarship online at our Winterfest page.
