Lindisfarne Hartlepool is a purpose-built care home that specialises in the care of those suffering from Dementia. Each of the home’s 54 rooms offers ensuite facilities and a television point, telephone connection and modern furniture. Action 1 Dementia awareness. 

We are the identified safe haven, in partnership with Cleveland Police.

Action 3 Dementia friendship community activities 

We will share information and support local events by facilitating residents and family members to attend them.


