GENERAL TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS and INFORMATION 1. TEAM CHECK-IN a. Check - In will be at Dakota Field Complex 3737 N Elk Vale Rd Rapid City, Tournament Headquarters Friday, July 22nd starting at 3:00 pm and then again Saturday, July 23rd from 7:00 – 11:00 am b. All teams must check-in at least 1 hour prior to their first game (players may check in individually) c. Players must be prepared to present player cards and know jersey number. This number must match the official roster, no sharing of jerseys and every player will have a unique number for documentation if needed. d. Rosters and Players will be verified at check-in and the Official Roster will then be stamped and laminated once all players have signed e. The $75 Cash Bond will be paid – CASH ONLY. This will be returned after teams play the duration of all their games and have no infractions or Red Card Offenses during the Tournament. ** The Tournament Director/Committee will not be responsible if a change of the schedule was made and the coach/manager did not acknowledge the email that was sent to them. 2. ROSTERS a. The maximum number of players allowed on Men’s 11 v 11- 20 players max; age requirement is 18 and older b. The maximum number of players allowed on Women’s 7 v 7 is 14; age requirements 16 and older c. Players are allowed to play on only (1) team during the tournament and gender specific. 3. PLAYER CHECK IN AND IDENTIFICATION a. All players must present at check in an official, current USASA Player Card with a 15/16 year on it. Also have available if needed, a valid government-issued photo I.D. with date of birth. b. All players must have a regulation current USASA Player Card to be valid to play in the SDASA Soccer Tournament. c. TOURNAMENT BANDS- Each player will purchase a wrist band for $10.00. Player will receive wrist band after the player has shown player card and confirmation all items are completed at Check In. d. If a player loses a wristband, wristband will be replaced free of charge, must do prior to their next game. They must show their player card to receive a new wristband. e. Players are required to have their Player Card available at the field in case a protest is made regarding age or identity. f. Players that are not citizens must complete the International Clearance Form 4. SCORE CARDS a. Captains are responsible for making sure that the proper score is recorded on the referee score card at the end of each game. They are required to sign off on it for verification. 5. TRASH BAGS AND CONTAINERS a. Every team is required to pick up after themselves. b. Trash containers are available throughout the soccer complex. c. Additional trash bags can be obtained at the headquarters. d. HELP US KEEP OUR FIELDS CLEAN.
