YVETTE’S STORY “I joined Curves Mana 4 months ago after being unhappy about my weight for a long time. From the moment I walked into Curves Mana I knew that this was the place for me. The trainers were so friendly and understanding and I never felt judged. They taught me how to use machines properly and I have had support each week from the trainers. I started Curves Complete when I signed up and lost 15.8kgs in 4 months! Most importantly I have my confidence back. I am a lot happier than I was 5 months ago and have so much energy.
