FAQ’s How do I renew my license? Your license will expire on June 30th of each odd-numbered year. An electronic renewal application can be completed online once you receive the postcard notification that will be mailed to you by the State. For access to the online renewal application, go to the Board’s website at http://sos.ga.gov/?section=licensing and click the button labeled License Renewals. I have extra credit hours. Can I apply them to the next renewal cycle? No. Excess Continuing Education Hours may not be credited to a future calendar year. Who notifies the State of my continued education? It is the licensee’s responsibility to notify the State of continued education. Are AIA approved classes accepted? Yes
