Party Policy Dear Guest,

It is our objective to insure that all of our guests enjoy their stay at our hotel. Because of this concern for our guests, we do not allow parties in our guest rooms. Hotel Management reserves the right to evict violators who do no not adhere to our “NO PARTY POLICY”. This document will be considered a first warning. No second warnings will be given due to the disruption of other hotel guests. For the comfort and safety of ALL of our hotel guests, each hotel guest must strictly follow the policies of the hotel: • We reserve the right to require any guest to put down a mandatory $500 room security deposit in addition to the $75.00 required from all guests for incidental charges. The total of $575 may be authorized to a valid credit card or paid in cash. This deposit will be refunded to you upon checkout, after your room has been inspected for any damage or missing items. Any room and tax adjustments for other guestrooms due to disturbances will be deducted from the deposit. • Misconduct and misuse of our hotel rooms and facilities is prohibited. We do not allow parties of any kind to be held in our rooms. All parties must be held in Banquet facilities of the hotel. • Due to local fire ordinances at no time are more than 8 persons allowed in any room. All persons must be registered in the guestroom. • Use of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited; Use of illegal drugs by anyone is strictly prohibited. • Excessive noise, loud voices, music, horseplay, etc are not permitted. Noise is considered excessive when other guests of the hotel are disturbed or annoyed. This includes movement of persons to and from your room. • It is the policy of the Hotel not to make guestroom accommodations available to minors for the purpose of parties in connection with “prom night” or any other ceremonies. Any intended use of the guest room that you have reserved for such purpose is grounds for cancellation of your

reservation. If we hear that such a party is in progress, and particularly if we have reasonable grounds to suspect alcoholic beverages are being consumed or that illegal activity is taking place, we reserve the right to immediately evict the occupants. Persons under the age of 21 will not be served and may not consume alcoholic beverages on hotel property. • We reserve the right to photograph any damage, negligence or persons in guest rooms for our records.

WE ARE STRONGLY SUPPORTED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN DOING OUR PART TO PROVIDE AND PROTECT THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL GUESTS INCLUDING ALL ASSETS OF THE PROPERTY.

I have read and understand all policies and procedures listed above and agree rental of the room is conditional upon abiding by the policies of the hotel. Should there be any damage or extra cleaning for which my guests or I are responsible, I agree I will add the appropriate charge to my credit card or payable in cash. Damages to the hotel also include room and tax adjustments made for other guests of the hotel who were disturbed by excessive noise from my room or persons on property moving to and from my room. The adjustments are customary and done to ensure satisfaction of the disturbed guest prior to leaving the property. By signing the form, I consent to any action which may be necessary to evict me from the property and/or hold me financially responsible as noted above if the policies and procedures are not followed.
