Limitless Potential Award Post-secondary Education Scholarship
Mission: We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running. Vision: We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Award Value: $1,500 Deadline: May 1, 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
A high school student to graduate in June 2017 from a high school in Washtenaw, Jackson, Lenawee, Monroe or Livingston county. A past participant of a Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan
Write either a one page essay or create a five minute video in response to the following prompts: Question 1: In a few sentences, tell us how you meet the above criteria. Question 2: At Girls on the Run of Southeastern Michigan, we believe that every girl can embrace who she is, can define who she wants to be, can rise to any challenge, can change the world. Describe how participating in Girls on the Run helped you recognize your limitless potential. How did your experience in our program help you become a leader and enhance the lives of others in your community.
