Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Sometimes when we are living our best, we experience the worse. The good news is that God is big enough to turn every tad of bad into that which is very good. JOSEPH: GOD’S PORTRAIT OF TURNING BAD INTO GOOD 1. A Son becomes a Slave. 2. A Slave Becomes a Convict. God turned the bad into greater good. • Joseph learned more about leadership in Potiphar’s house, and as a prisoner, than he would have back home. • Because he was in prison, he met some former cabinet officials and was thus strategically placed to be able to explain Pharaoh’s dream. • Because it all happened in Egypt, Joseph was able to serve in the most influential nation on earth.
