Welcome to Grace SUNDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY & PRAYER New Study begins TONIGHT: The Bait of Satan. Do you feel like there is a wall of separation between you and God? Are you aggravated, frustrated and irritated most of the time but can’t seem to put your finger on the cause? It may be that you have taken the bait. Offense is the bait of Satan. It causes church splits and severs relationships. It’s that chip on the shoulder mentality holding back love for others. However, God has a rescue plan. Join us, in the library at 6:00pm, for the first of six sessions. Gary Jones will facilitate this needful study.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL ➢ Kingdom Seekers Vacation Bible School starts

TOMORROW! Kids 4 years old through 6th grade won’t want to miss Kingdom Seekers VBS, June 24th-28th, 6:30-8:30pm. Register in High 5 Children’s Church, pick up a registration form at the information desk, go to www.graceontheweb.org, OR scan the QR code! ➢ Dinner will be served each night 5:30-6:15pm for kids and their parents. ➢ It’s not too late for kids to invite their friends with invitations available at the High 5 Children’s Church desk! ➢ Friday we will have a carnival from 6:00-9:00pm!

GRACE 4TH OF JULY PICNIC Come and have a blast at our 4th of July celebration Sunday June 30th at Camp Farwesta, off 36 Highway past Stewartsville. Look for the red, white and blue balloons on the north side of 36. Gates open at 4:00pm, food served at 4:30pm with live music at 6:30pm. There will be swimming, kayaking, fishing and old- fashioned games! Please sign up to attend and to volunteer at the information desk.

INDIA MISSION TRIP Time is running out to sign up for the mission trip to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We will work alongside Ebenezer Samuel with Serve India. The dates are December 26, 2019 – January 6, 2020. Sign up at the information desk or contact Gary Reynolds through the church office.

HANDS OF GRACE MEETING Grace Evangelical Church partners regularly with 24 different "helping agencies" seeking to bring assistance to individuals and families in the St. Joseph area. The Hands of Grace Committee meets TODAY at 5:00pm, in room 206. Everyone is welcome to join us as we discuss needs and events in our community, sharing the love of Jesus to those outside the walls of the church.

ALL CHURCH PRAYER MEETING On July 10th we will gather for a time of prayer and worship. Everyone is encouraged to join us at 6:30pm as we come together to collectively praise and seek the Lord.

REPURPOSED RePurposed Singles (40+): Two things for you to do today – First, sign up for “Christmas in July” at Spanky’s Shed, on July 13th. Second, the Annual Singles Getaway is on September 15th-17th at Mozingo Lake. Sign up and pay the deposit! Both lists can be found at the singles kiosk, with more information there. THE ALLDRINS IN CONCERT The Alldrins are well-over 2000 miles into their 24-city music tour. As one pastor said, “Our church enjoyed having the Alldrin family bless us with their ministry. Their instruments and voices both reflect the gifts they’ve received from God. It is indeed beautiful to see a family serve God through music and multiply their talents for His kingdom, which is the Alldrin’s ultimate goal.” Monday, July 29th, 7:00pm, is when The Alldrins will perform for us here at Grace. Childcare will be available; if needed, sign up at the information desk today.

GRACE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS Our Memorial Scholarship Fund was established as a way to remember loved ones who have passed, by investing in the future of others. It is funded through Sunday school offerings and special gifts. It provides financial assistance to qualifying college students within the church. If you would like to contribute to this fund, please write “Scholarship” on your check or offering envelope. The Scholarship Committee is accepting applications for the 2019 Fall Semester. Memorial Scholarship guidelines and applications may be picked up at the information desk. The deadline to return applications to the church office is August 11th.
