MEN’S SOFTBALL TEAMS Attention all Men’s softball players - schedules are at the information desk. Please pick one up today. If you do not know what team you are playing for please see Pastor Ken. Tomorrow: Team Grace-King will play 7:30pm on Field 1 and Team Grace-Killin plays 8:30pm on Field 1. Please arrive 1/2 hour prior to games so coaches can make lineups.

FLOOD RELIEF OPPORTUNITY Saturday May 18th we are still planning to partner with Buchanan County COAD to work at Lewis and Clark Village. We will meet at Grace at 8:00 am and take a church van. We will return by 3:00 pm. Lunch and treats will be provided by the American Red Cross. Bring your gloves, wear comfortable clothes and help the flood victims who live in Lewis and Clark Village. MEMORIAL DAY CAMP-OUT Everyone is invited to camp out with your Grace family on our backlot Sunday, May 26th. The area will be open after Sunday services through Monday afternoon (camping Saturday, May 25th is optional, no food/entertainment provided). You can bring your tent, camper or RV. Games, pulled pork, drinks and dessert will be provided. Campers, please bring a side to share. Sign up at the information desk, including what side you are bringing and if you will be camping Saturday night.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS Pastor Darrell and Pastor Ken will be teaching a membership class on Wednesday evenings this summer. Classes will meet for 13 weeks, 6:308:00pm, beginning June 5th. They will discuss the beliefs, history and ministry of Grace Evangelical Church. Anyone who wishes to become an official member of Grace must complete this class and will be given the opportunity to apply for membership. Wednesday night midweek activities will be held for youth and children. Sign up at the information desk and include if you will need nursery care for children under the age of 4.
LADIES “SHORT & SWEET” SUMMER STUDY This study is for any gal who would like to join us for a June/July study group on Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:30am in room 206 at Grace. FAITHFUL ABUNDANT TRUE: Going Deeper Still is a video & workbook study that will include three different teachers on three different topics. SUMMER WEDNESDAY NIGHT STUDY Gary Jones will be leading a DVD study, The Bait of Satan by John Bevere on Wednesday evenings, from 6:30 - 8:00pm. This is a powerful study that will enable you to have an unhindered relationship with God and others. This study begins June 12th. Please sign up at the information desk.

INDIA MISSION TRIP We are planning a mission trip to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India where we will work alongside Ebenezer Samuel with Serve India. The anticipated dates are December 26, 2019 – January 6, 2020. If you are interested in this trip, please sign up at the information desk and complete a mission trip application.
