Greater Mt Zion Church Circles of Greatness Covenant Mission To create a predictable environment where participants grow spiritually, relationally and missionally. Commitments Relationships I will befriend members of the group and, as lead by God, deepen my ties with some outside the group. Authenticity I will be truthful with group members and will not pretend to be more or less than I am. Encouragement I will intentionally encourage and welcome the encouragement of group members. Confidentiality I will not share with others the personal stories of those in the group. Respect I will never embarrass a group member. Care I will pray for group members weekly and support them in times of illness, sickness, or trial. New Groups I will support the birthing of another group which allows other members of GMZ to have a Circle of Greatness to enjoy. I understand that the goal of a COG is to birth a group every year. Group Guidelines 1. The group will meet from __________________through __________________. 2. The group will meet on _________________ day/night. 3. The group sessions will begin at ____________ and end at ________________. 4. The group will be a closed group unless all members agree to additional members. 5. Group members will attend and participate on a regular basis. 6. Each adult is responsible for their own childcare (or whatever the group decides).
