LIVE A LIFE OF GREATER REVELATION 1. Keep ____________________ things in right perspective GREATER SERIES - Part Four: “Greater Revelation” Pastor David Cannistraci | May 8, 2016 “I always remember you in my prayers. I pray that the glorious Father, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would give you a spirit of wisdom and REVELATION as you come to know Christ better. Then you will have deeper INSIGHT. You will know the CONFIDENCE that he calls you to have and the glorious WEALTH that God’s people will inherit. You will also know the unlimited GREATNESS of HIS POWER as it works with might and strength for us, the believers.” Ephesians 1:16-19 (GWT)

“Therefore we do not LOSE HEART. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while WE DO NOT LOOK AT THE THINGS WHICH ARE SEEN, but at the things which are NOT SEEN. For the things which are seen are TEMPORARY, but the things which are not seen are ETERNAL.” 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (NKJV) A natural focus leads us to limitation and spiritual ________________. 2. Give primary attention to ___________________ things

WHAT IS REVELATION? Revelation is the discovery of previously _____________________ ________________. “But the Helper, THE HOLY SPIRIT, whom the Father will send in My name, HE WILL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” John 14:26 (NKJV) Jesus asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”  Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not REVEALED this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and ON THIS ROCK I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:13- 19 (NKJV) _________________________ is the foundation of a greater life and a greater church. (Continued on reverse)

A spiritual focus leads us to revelation and spiritual ___________________. 3. Exercise ________________ in God despite natural setbacks “For we walk by FAITH, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NKJV) FATHER GOD, Thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit in my life. I ask you for greater revelation and faith in every area of my life. Teach me to believe you when times are tough. Empower me to live in the fullness of your Kingdom and blessing every day. In Christ’s Name, AMEN.
