7. Read Ephesians 6:10-13. How does the reality of the spiritual battle that we are in change your perspective on life’s daily battles that we face? What does this passage say we should do in light of the reality of the Spiritual Battle around us?

8. What lies is the enemy trying to get you to believe? What do you think God wants you to believe instead?

9. When you come to church on Sundays, what is the “worship time” like for you? Do you think living a life of worship more fully throughout the week could change how you experience a corporate worship service? What effect would it have on non-Christians who visit our church? MY PERSONAL ACTION STEP: please write in the space below

Take time this week to give thanks to God for His strength and peace that is available to us even in the midst of our battles. Ask God to help you trust, worship, and depend upon Him – before, through, and after all of life’s battles. Pray for our elders as they seek God in finding ways to help bring healing and reconciliation to Bethany church. Pray for our pastoral staff as they work to meet the growing responsibilities of our church. Ask God to give you the desire, courage, and strength to be an agent of healing as we move forward in this next season.
