The 2019 Spring Semester consists of 12 classes with one extra class as weather and schedules allow. Classes begin on Friday, January 25 and end on May 3. Semester culminates with a Family Music Celebration on Thursday, May 9 at the Downtown Campus. No classes on March 8 and April 19 (Easter).

Paying for Registration and Materials reserves your spot in class. Remaining balance is paid when class begins, or you may pay in full now. For each full tuition paid, the youngest sibling receives half off of their tuition. Receive $15 off your tuition for each new child you refer to our program. Pam Grano has enjoyed nurturing a love of music in children for many years. She has a degree in Music Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and has taught early childhood music, elementary band and vocal music, and is a private piano teacher. She enjoys leading worship with children and playing in the Bethlehem orchestra. Her growing family includes her husband, two married children and two grandchildren. (Downtown classes) Margo Hanson is a former preschool and elementary classroom teacher, and has been active for many years in worship and music ministries at Bethlehem directing children's choirs and singing in worship teams. She currently teaches private piano in her home. Margo graduated from Bethel College with an Education Major and a Music Minor with piano and voice emphasis. She and her husband have four children and she enjoys helping children discover God’s gift of music. (Mounds View and Downtown classes) Amy Tranquillo has been active in music and children’s ministries at Bethlehem for over 20 years. She is currently the piano accompanist for the Choristers Choir at the Mounds View Campus. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from Juniata College, where she was highly engaged in various choral and instrumental pursuits. She and her husband are parents to four grown children. (Downtown classes) Pam, Margo, and Amy are Licensed Musikgarten Teachers.

Family Music for Toddlers is a parent/child class designed to bring God's gift of joyful music and movement to toddlers. Activities include singing, dancing, creative movement, focused listening, melodic and rhythmic echoing and simple rhythm instrument playing; creating an environment where the child’s musical aptitude is nurtured and skills are developed.

Cycle of Seasons is a musical celebration of God’s creation as seen in nature and seasonal changes. This parent/child class includes singing, dancing, creative movement, poems and stories, melodic and rhythmic echoing, listening games, and rhythm instrument playing. The child’s musicianship is developed alongside their parent in a fun and creative way compatible with many learning styles.
