Please note: It is important that two parents are on duty each time so if you are unable to do duty on your given date it is YOUR responsibility to ensure your duty is undertaken by another parent and notify the Reps concerned.

Guidelines for Pool Duty: • Stay at poolside during lesson • Escort all children to toilets when required • Children who need to use the toilet must now be escorted by both persons on duty • Check dressing rooms for lost property and return to school • Encourage children to hurry along while changing after lesson, as they tend to dawdle and chat! • Ensure all children are collected afterwards and that dressing rooms are empty before you leave • It is imperative that children are collected on time (not later than 2.40p.m.) Grace Dunne (Swimming Rep.)
