Any mayors or staff will notify Scouts at their stations to return to headquarters. All Scouts will leave their sleds or equipment wherever they are and immediately report to the headquarters building at the loop area where they registered prior to starting the day. All troop leaders and staff will also report to the headquarters building. Attendance and/or instructions will be given or taken at that time. At the end of the emergency; either dismissal of the Scouts to appropriate leaders will happen or the continuation of the event will occur.
