This shift has increased motivation for hospitals and health systems to adopt a consumerism-approach to attract and retain patients. In this session, presenters will share how Grinnell Regional Medical Center implemented technology to completely review all charges – enabling the organization to build a competitive pricing strategy. Two years after implementing an automated chargemaster solution, Grinnell Regional Medical saw significant financial gains, including a 25% yield on price increases.
