Description itemized below Texas Health and Human Services/Enterprise Contract and Procurement Services (HHS-ECPS) is soliciting bid offers from experienced and qualified vendors under commodity 990-50, to provide a complete turn key purchase and installation of an Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and IP CCTV Surveillance System(s) at the new Texas Health and Human Services facility located at 101 Hawkins Blvd., El Paso, Texas 79915. This facility is currently under construction and the vendor must be ready to install cabling, card readers, cameras, magnetic locks, etc during the contraction process. The construction completion date is scheduled for November 1, 2013. Estimated labor to be done during normal business hours and on a continual basis with full access to areas needed per plan provided. This contract, resulting from this solicitation, is contingent upon the continued availability of lawful appropriations by the Texas Legislature.
