No problem getting to Atiaba, South Sudan. Just start planning 6 months before your departure getting a few documents together. Then it’s a quick 18 hours or so on a few flights from DC, Addis Ababa, Juba, and Rumbek.

There will be many smiling faces to greet you in Juba, South Sudan when you arrive!

I call upon all To stop all That is morally ill; Sexual immorality, pregnancies, cattle rustling, Revenge, greed for power, greed for wealth, corruption Ethenicism, nepotism and all illisms, Those have brought conflict into play! I call upon all, to come altogether To table, To become all brothers and sisters, Let us forgive and love each other for peace to prevail.

Tabisa Makur, HRSS 2015 graduate; teaches at a local primary school. She hopes to continue her education in order to become a secondary teacher in Atiaba.
