Honor 6, 6+ and 7 Warranty Extension Participation  conditions  for  obtaining  a  warranty  extension  to  3  years  for  Honor  6,  Honor  6+  and   Honor  7  

1.

This  offer  applies  to  buyers  of  the  products  Honor  6,    Honor  6+  or  Honor  7  who,  in  the  period  from  27  July  2015  up  to  and   including  30  September  2015,  purchased  the  products  from  our  online  shop  or  our  contractual  partner  3UK  and  registered   for  the  Honor  Club  and  3  years  warranty.  After  registering  the  device(s),  customers  who  purchase  one  or  more  Honor  6,   Honor  6+  or  Honor  7in  Germany,  England,  France,  Italy,  Spain,  Portugal,  Switzerland,  Belgium  or  the  Netherlands,  will  receive   an  extension  of  the  warranty  to  three  years  in  accordance  with  following  conditions.

The  warranty  extension  begins  on  expiry  of  the  regular  manufacturer's  warranty  provided  and  will  be  extended  to  three   years  in  total.  The  customer  retains  the  original  copy  of  the  original  warranty  certificate  and  will  present  it  to  customer   service  as  required.  HUAWEI  TECHNOLOGIES  (Netherlands)  B.V.    will  subsequently  handle  the  provision  of  the  warranty   extension.  HUAWEI  TECHNOLOGIES  (Netherlands)  B.V.,  hereinafter  the  Organizer,  is  the  guarantor.

Participation  is  open  to  commercial  end  customers,  freelance  professionals,  private  or  public  limited  companies,  as  well  as   private  customers  aged  18  or  over  who  have  purchased  an  Honor  6,  Honor  6+  or  Honor  7  in  UK.  IT  resellers  –  particularly   specialized  IT  retailers  and  wholesalers  –  are  not  eligible  to  participate.  Private  sales/purchases  and  sales/purchases  via   online  auctions  and  sales/purchases  of  used  devices  are  also  excluded.

It  is  only  possible  to  participate  once  with  each  device.

It  is  necessary  to  register  the  device(s)  incl.  proof  of  purchase  and  IMEI  (International  Mobile  Equipment  Identity  Number)  at   www.hihonor.com/3yearwarranty  .  In  order  to  provide  the  VIP  service  to  you,  your  IMEI  number  (excluding  any  other   private  information)  may  be  transferred  to  Huawei  Technologies  Co.,  Ltd  or  its  other  affiliates.  Registration  must  take  place   by  30  September  2015.  The  warranty  extension  is  usually  sent  within  14  days  after  complete  registration  of  the  Honor  6,  6+   or  Honor  7.

Customers  who  register  incomplete  information  and/or  who  send  in  incomplete  supporting  documents  will  be  notified  by  e-­‐ mail  and  asked  to  provide  the  complete  documents  within  10  days.  Provision  of  the  warranty  extension  will  be  refused  if  the   customer  fails  to  comply  with  this  request  within  the  specified  period.    

7.     HUAWEI  TECHNOLOGIES  (Netherlands)  B.V.  will  collect  the  data  and  store  it  on  a  server.  The  Organizer  will  use  this   information  to  process  the  warranty  extension.  The  Organizer  undertakes  to  protect  the  privacy  of  the  participants  and  to   process  the  data  in  accordance  with  the  Federal  Data  Protection  Act,  the  Telemedia  Act  and  the  European  Data  Protection   Directive  (95/46/EC).  Information  will  not  be  passed  on  to  third  parties  unless  the  Organizer  is  required  to  hand  over  the   data  pursuant  to  a  court  order  or  an  administrative  order.  The  data  will  be  deleted  when  this  promotion  expires.  Participants   can  revoke  the  consent  given  to  the  processing  of  data  at  any  time.  In  addition,  they  have  rights  of  access  and  rectification   with  regard  to  the  data  collected  as  guaranteed  by  the  Federal  Data  Protection  Act.  The  rights  referred  to  are  to  be  exercised   by  means  of  a  message  delivered  by  post  and  by  electronic  mail  to:  HUAWEI  TECHNOLOGIES  (Netherlands)  B.V.     8.

By  participating  in  this  warranty  extension,  customers  acknowledge  the  participation  conditions  and  confirm  that  they  are  at   least  18  years  old.  This  agreement  can  be  revoked  at  any  time.

These  terms  and  conditions  govern  the  requirements  and  scope  of  the  warranty  extension  after  expiry  of  the  regular   manufacturer's  warranty  provided.  These  conditions  are  applicable  in  all  the  aforementioned  countries.  The  warranty   extension  limits  the  statutory  warranty  rights  as  little  as  the  original  manufacturer's  warranty  provided.  The  warranty   extension  does  not  alter  the  warranty  conditions  of  the  original  manufacturer's  warranty.  These  remain  unchanged  during   the  extension  period  and  can  be  viewed  at  www.vmall.eu  .    

10. Only  the  law  of  the  respective  participant's  domicile  is  applicable  to  all  legal  relationships  arising  from  or  in  connection  with   these  participation  conditions  and  data  protection  provisions.  If  any  provision  of  the  participation  conditions  is  or  should   become  invalid,  the  validity  of  the  remaining  participation  conditions  will  remain  unaffected.  Huawei  Technologies   (Netherlands)  B  V    can  change  the  participation  conditions  at  any  time  without  further  notice.  Huawei  Technologies   (Netherlands)  B  V.  reserves  the  right  to  amend  or  cancel  this  promotion  at  any  time  without  giving  reasons.  However,   extension  warranties  once  granted  will  remain  unaffected  by  this.           Questions  concerning  the  warranty  extension  can  be  directed  to  the  contact  address:  forthebrave  @hihonor.com  .
