[email protected] General information - Check-in will open at 12:00 on the day of arrival, although if arrival is prior to this luggage may be left or allowed to check-in early if the room is ready. - Check-out will be before 12:00 unless requested in advance. Luggage may also be left for later collection. - There is free wireless internet access for all residents. Getting to/from the airport - The Aerobus will take you to Placa de Catalunya, where you can catch the FGC line 7 to “El Putxet” and walk from there (see Map 1). - The airport train will take you to “Passeig de Gracia”, where you can catch the Metro line 3 to “Diagonal” then FGC line 7 to “El Putxet”. Getting to CosmoCaixa: 1) 20 min walk (1.6 km, see map) 2) By train - Take the FGC line 7 from “El Putxet” to “Avinguda del Tibidabo”. - To get to “El Putxet”, turn right outside the hotel then turn left onto Ronda General Mitre. Turn left onto Carrer de Balmes. - From “Avinguda del Tibidabo” you can walk, get the blue tram or bus n° 196 (see below). - Map 2 shows how to walk from “Avinguda del Tibidabo” station to CosmoCaixa. The distance is 800 m and it should take around 10 minutes. From the square, take Passeig Sant Gervasi then turn right onto Cister Street then right again onto Quatre Camins Street. Here you will find a ramp to enter the museum. - Map 3 shows the n° 196 bus route from the beginning of Avinguda del Tibidabo, just next to Plaça John F. Kennedy. The stop to get off at is “Adrià Margarit – Teodor Roviralta”.
