Once we know there is a place for your child and he or she is accepted, you will receive an email from Zion through RenWeb asking you to complete the enrollment process. You will then have 3 days to accept the place in the class. If you decide to proceed with enrollment, you will be required to pay the non-refundable enrollment fee to complete the process. If you elect not to enroll, please let us know so we can offer your spot to the next family on our waiting list. Many steps of the application process can be completed online, however, there are a few items that may need to be brought in to the school office. These items include your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and a medical release signed by your child’s doctor. These items can also be uploaded to Renweb as PDFs. New students entering Grades 1-8 are given the PIAT (Peabody) test. Incoming Kindergarteners are required to take the Gesell test. This is a developmental readiness test to ensure your child is ready to enter Kindergarten. There is a $40 fee to process the tests. Parents will pay this fee directly to the school office.
