how to import data using encompass

HOW TO IMPORT DATA USING ENCOMPASS Open Encompass and when you’re ready to import your file click “Services” then “Doc Preparation”

Choose “PeirsonPatterson, LLP” then click “Submit”. (*note: you need to have your PPDocs login and password input in the Password Manager)

Click “Submit Request”

Select the appropriate Order Form

Was a GFE provided? On certain closing document order forms we need to know if a GFE was provided

Select Full Service or Express Service and click “order”

Select a profile and template if applicable, and then start a new order

Click “Open Order Form” and begin processing. At the end of the order form click “submit”
