A. Grace Definition: “Grace is God’s undeserved gift!”

1. God longs to be gracious
A. The Author: “Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus” “Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God....”

“...to the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus:”
2. God’s loyal-love is unending. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
B. The Recipients: “To the saints...the faithful.” Eph. 1:1b
Cultural Definition of ‘Saint’ (American Heritage Dictionary): “A person officially recognized, especially by canonization, as being entitled to public veneration and capable of interceding for people on earth.” Biblical Definition of ‘Saint’: “One who has been set apart.”
C. The Location: Ephesus Great impact and great criticism go hand in hand. “...to the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus:”
