Overview Description and Specifications:
The Board of Higher Education is giving notice of its intent to enter into a contractual agreement for a contractor to develop a database and an online application system with an integrated tracking system and multiple reporting functions. This secure system will be used by a select group of postsecondary institutions in Illinois to submit student data and to submit applications. It will provide a searchable database as well as comprehensive pre-developed standard inventory reports on approved schools, programs, and courses. The award is being made to King Technology, Inc. as they have been deemed responsive and responsible. Determination was made that the anticipated cost is fair and reasonable. Contract start date is an estimate. Actual start date will be no sooner than last signature on contract or execution, whichever occurs last. In no event shall it be prior to all procurement requirements having been met. This solicitation did not contain a BEP goal or a Veteran's Goal.
