LABOR Labor Rates - Technical Operator / Setup & Strike (Per Technician) Audio/Video operator and setup and strike labor is not included in most packages or a la carté pricing. Please contact Impact for hourly labor rates.

Labor Policy Impact guarantees on-site assistance by a qualified AV Technicians along with all equipment rentals for the duration of your event. Should you require an AV Technician to remain in-room during your event to operate equipment, you will be billed at the corresponding hourly rate. Outdoor events will be charged setup and strike labor unless noted otherwise.
