Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company (KPIC) and MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. would like to notify our Pharmacy Providers of the ID Cards for POS and PPO members. Enclosed are examples of the ID cards. All KPIC members presenting the ID cards shown below, have access to pharmacy benefits according to their KPIC medical plan, through Medimpact Pharmacy providers and the MedCare Network. Claims processing info is as follows for BIN# 003585: - Northern California PPO and Out of Area, PCN# = 59107 - Southern California PPO and Out of Area, PCN# = 59007 - Point Of Service, PCN# = 70000
