Are you new here? Thanks for joining us for our church gathering! Here are a few hints to help you through the morning... We take our coffee seriously. That’s why we’ve got ethically sourced and fairly traded coffee available. Help yourself to it at any time. Our treat.

Coffee & Connection Time is what we call the ten-minute break during our gathering. This gives adults a chance to refill their coffee while kids get to their classrooms.

Kids @ the Ridge is our nursery to Grade 4 program where kids learn about God, hear from God and respond to God. Classes start when children are dismissed from the main gathering at Coffee & Connection Time. To find out more or to register your child, please visit the check-in table at the Welcome Centre. Want someone to pray with you? We’ll have people who can pray with you available at the end of our gathering. You can tell them as much or as little as you’d like. They won’t be nosy and they’ll keep it to themselves.

Family Ties. Welcome to the West Gym!

Due to other events that are happening around the LEC, we will be meeting in the West Gym Nov 26 & Dec 3. Please park in the north lot and use Gate 1 (administration entrance) by the ticket windows to enter the building.

Elder Affirmation - Ron and Curtis

Our Elders team is empowered with the role of overseeing our church. The team meets twice a month and is open to men and women who are gifted, called and affirmed by the covenant members of our community for the task of spiritual leadership. An elder serves for a two-year term (up to a maximum of three consecutive terms) and two of our elders are up for renewal of their terms this November. We'll be inviting covenant members to vote to re-affirm Ron and Curtis at Vision Night this evening, so please take time to prayerfully consider how you can encourage them in this role.

Missions Focus: Christmas Blessing Project We'd love for you to take 30 seconds and fill out a Connection Card online at jerichoridge.com/connect. This will help us respond to any questions you might have. We won't bother you with unwanted phone calls or e-mails. We promise. You might also want to visit our website, jerichoridge.com,  like our Facebook page facebook.com/jerichoridge, follow us on Twitter @jerichoridge or download our app from the iTunes or Google Play stores. Thanks for joining us! We hope to see you again soon.

Cultivating disciples of Jesus who embody God’s love everywhere we go.

Our missions team has been busy working on our annual people and projects guide and we invite you to consider giving a special financial Christmas blessing gift into a fund that will be distributed to each of our 5 supported missionaries. We have currently raised $500 of our $5,000 goal. You can give towards this project online by selecting “Christmas Blessing Project”, by indicating on your offering envelope or at the Welcome Centre.

K@TR  Parent Info for the West Gym

We want to note a few safety concerns that come with our location change. As you know, we share this building with other people and we want to make sure that your kids are safe! We ask that kids do not go behind the stage (pipe and drape) as we are unable to ensure their safety if they are out of sight and we have electrical cords behind the stage which are a tripping hazard. Parents, please walk your kids upstairs at Coffee & Connection Time, it is a longer walk to the classrooms and we want to make sure that your kids make it safely.

Proximity Movie Night - Thurs, Nov 30

It's our Proximity special event night for students in grades 7-12 on Thurs, Nov 30 from 6:30-9 p.m. at Mountainview Alliance (7640 200 St). Invite all your friends out to a movie night! We’ll have a giant screen, popcorn, candy, and pop for you to enjoy while watching a movie. For more information contact Mike Ryder ([email protected]).

Proximity Christmas Bash - Thurs, Dec 7

The 3rd annual Proximity Christmas Bash for students in grades 7-12 is coming!
