Are you new here? Thanks for joining us for our church gathering! Here are a few hints to help you through the morning...

We take our coffee seriously. That’s why we’ve got ethically sourced and fairly traded coffee available. Help yourself to it at any time. Our treat.

Coffee & Connection Time is what we call the ten-minute break during our gathering. This gives adults a chance to refill their coffee while kids get to their classrooms. Parents of nursery-aged children (birth to 12 months) are welcome to look after their child in the space behind the curtain on the north end of the Banquet Hall.

Kids at the Ridge is the name of our program for children who are age 1 to Grade 4. Fuel is our Grade 5 and 6 program. Find out more by visiting the check-in table at the Welcome Centre. Want someone to pray with you? We’ll have people who can pray with you available at the end of our gathering. You can tell them as much or as little as you’d like. They won’t be nosy and they’ll keep it to themselves.

We’d love for you to fill out a Welcome Card at the Welcome Centre. This will help us respond to any questions you might have. We won’t bother you with unwanted phone calls or spam mail. We promise. You might also want to visit our website, jerichoridge.com, become a fan of our Facebook page facebook.com/jerichoridge or follow us on Twitter, twitter.com/jerichoridge. Thanks for joining us! We hope to see you again soon.

Family Ties. Crossley Family Dedication Jared and Ruth Ellen Crossley will be dedicating their son to the Lord during today’s worship gathering. Anthony James was born on July 6, 2014 and he has given them even more reasons to praise God.

Loving God by Loving Our Neighbours – Jericho Serves Update    Saturday, May 9 is a day we’re dedicating to serve our neighbours in meaningful and practical ways. Last week, we asked for your help to identify possible sites and projects. Thanks for delivering a number of excellent ideas for how we can help local families and organizations! We are now confirming details for each site and we envision that we’ll be providing three core services: yard work, house cleaning and/or repairs, and food. We’re hoping that we can extend help to even more families with some of these services. Your job this week is to ask someone if they’d be interested in receiving practical help on May 9. Please use the Jericho Services Questionnaire (available online and at the Welcome Centre) to get some details confirmed so that we can have signup sheets ready for next Sunday. The deadline to submit your suggestion is Thursday, April 23.

NEW Date for our Membership Class We have switched the date of our membership class to Tuesday evening, May 5. If you are curious about what we believe and what it means to be a covenant member of our church community, please register for the class online or speak with Pastor Keith.

What’s happening? Hangar 17 Service Project Update We are fully equipped with food and volunteers to serve dinner to 35 Langley youth this upcoming Tuesday night at Hangar 17. Thanks to everyone who quickly jumped in to serve others in our community! Let's be praying that these young people feel encouraged and blessed.

Men’s Soccer Night – This Friday  Put the kids to bed, grab a friend, and come out for a pick-up game of soccer this upcoming Friday night from 8-10 p.m. at the grass rugby field at the LEC (closest to 200 St).
