Coffee & Connection Time is what we call the ten-minute break during our gathering. This gives adults a chance to refill their coffee while kids get to their classrooms.
Kids @ the Ridge is our nursery to Grade 4 program where kids learn about God, hear from God and respond to God. Classes start when children are dismissed from the main gathering at Coffee & Connection Time. To find out more or to register your child, please visit the check-in table at the Welcome Centre. Want someone to pray with you? We’ll have people who can pray with you available at the end of our gathering. You can tell them as much or as little as you’d like. They won’t be nosy and they’ll keep it to themselves.

Stranger Kings 2 - Family Inclusive Summer Series
Wagner Hills Service Morning - Aug 11
Some parts of the Old Testament are just plain strange. The stories of Elisha in the OT book of 2 Kings certainly fall into this category. The prophet gets involved in strange assignments, supernatural happenings, mysterious disappearances and more! Like the TV series of a similar name, his life shows us that there is often more going on than meets the eye.
Join others as we come together for a morning to serve locally at the Wagner Hills Women's Campus (formerly known as House of Hope). Registration is LIVE now in app and online and we'll send out details on what needs doing on the farm as we get closer! Lunch is also provided so make sure you register to let us know how many to prepare for.

Reports from our National Gathering
Our national denominational family just wrapped up an AGM in Saskatchewan. One of the major items voted on was a reorganization that should result in stronger collaboration between provincial and national entities. Pray for wisdom for our leaders as they make this shift. Our final Sunday gathering at the LEC is August 26. On Sunday, September 2, we move to our new afternoon time (3:30 PM) and new location (Port Kells Church, 19131 - 88 Ave). Be sure to mark your calendars and invite your friends to check out afternoon church this fall.

The kids are having fun travelling through space with the 3-2-1 Penguin as they look at a new Proverb each week. Thanks to all our amazing summer kids volunteers who allow our core teachers to be wellrested as we move into the fall.
Youth to Castle Fun Park - Thursday, August 16th
We are headed to Castle Fun Park in Abbotsford next month. There are arcade games, mini-golf, gokarts, and so much more! You can register online or on the Jericho App for this great event. It will all be happening Thursday, August 16th from 6:00-9:30. We will also be looking for drivers so adults you can get in on the fun as well!
