Today is our last day at Port Kells and our Age 2 - Preschool class is learning about Jonah. Our K Grade 1 class is taking an overview look at David’s life. Our Grade 2 - 4 class is finishing up on David's life with a look at Psalm 23. Please be sure to read the K@TR November Parent e-letter for programming details as we move to the Jericho Centre.

Today is our last gathering at Port Kells Church! To express our thanks, we have 3 cards that we want to give to the leadership of Port Kells Church. Please take a moment during Coffee & Connection to write a note of gratitude.
Missions: Christmas Blessing Project
JRCC's Christmas tradition is to raise additional funds to bless our supported mission workers. This Nov & Dec, our goal is to again raise $5,000 (last year we exceeded it!) and we invite you to please give to our 2018 Blessing Project.
Tanzania 2019
You can now apply for JRCC's Tanzania 2019 team (June 27 - July 11). Trip details and cost are available at the Welcome Centre, online at jerichoridge.com/impact/shorttermmissions/, or speak with Pastor Brad or Meg Sumner.
Guatemala 2019 Mission Trip
JRCC's Guatemala 2019 team will be a hybrid with Willoughby Church, led by Hank Hamstra. The dates are set for Feb. 23 - March 2 and the estimated travel cost will be $1500. If you're interested in this opportunity, please contact Curtis or Sue Cottrell or Tammy Smethurst.

Tuesday we start moving into the Jericho Centre and at 12:30 PM we invite you to join Pastor Brad for pizza and a prayer walk through the facility. Park in the upper lot and meet in the foyer. We START gathering in our new location (19533 - 64 Ave) next Sunday!
Our LAST afternoon gathering will focus on our core value of Glocal Service and ministry in Syria.

In FUEL today, the Grades 5 - 6 are serving in K@TR with Director Jenna. Please meet upstairs after Coffee & Connection for instructions.

Nov 25 - Annual Vision Night @ Jericho Centre (5:00 PM)
Youth Retreat!!! Friday, Nov 2 - 4
Registration is now open on our website or app for the Annual Potluck & Vision Night on Sunday, Nov 25 at the Jericho Centre (5 - 7:30 PM). We will focus on 2019 ministry and facility plans and vote on a 2019 budget. Info packets will be available mid-Nov. Childcare will be available ($4/child) if registered before Nov 21.
This week is our annual youth retreat at Camp Kawkawa (no Proximity on Thursday)! So many games, so many friends, and so much fun for just $100/student. Register right away on the Jericho website or app so you don't miss out. We'll meet at Mountainview Alliance (7640 200 St) on Friday at 6:00 PM. Pick up at Mountainview is on Sunday at 2:00 PM.

This is your chance to top up with our ethically sourced and fairly traded coffee or other refreshments, meet some new friends, and, if you have kids, help them get off to their K@TR classrooms. Kids @ The Ridge is our Nursery - Grade 4 ministry where kids learn about God, hear from God and respond to God. Kids join their teachers in their classrooms during Coffee & Connection and parents pick them up from the class at the end of the main gathering. To find out more or to register your child, please visit the K@TR Check-in kiosk in the foyer. Want someone to pray with you? We’ll have people who can pray with you available at the end of our gathering. You can tell them as much or as little as you’d like. They won’t be nosy and they’ll keep it to themselves.
