INFORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OVERVIEW AND BACKGROUND Gervais School District (GSD) is in need of server support to include: unlimited help desk, 24/7/365 monitoring, on‐site support, antivirus monitoring and support, backup monitoring and support, MSExchange Server 2010 support, patching, and upgrades. The servers consist of six servers on three hypervisors (VMM’s).
PURPOSE AND OPPORTUNITY The goal of this informal RFP is to identify a contractor with documented experience/expertise in providing similar services to school districts in Oregon.
HOW TO RESPOND TO THE INFORMAL RFP: Responses in the form of detailed proposals with monthly charges for the services requested along with at least three references must be submitted as outlined.
