Hilliard Graduates Received Hollyfest Foundation Scholarships

even Hilliard graduates of 2015 received special recognition by the Hollyfest Scholarship Foundation sponsored by the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce. Hilliard Bradley winners were Rebecca Schalip for the $8,000 scholarship and Mikaela Haney for the $2,000 scholarship. Rebecca will be attending OSU and Mikaela will attend the University of Dayton. The recipients of Hilliard Darby were Ben Radcliff who will go to WestPoint Prep for the $8,000 scholarship and Hannah Walters who will go to the University of Cincinnati for the $2,000 scholarship. Cassandra Joseph, a Hilliard Davidson graduate, was awarded the $8,000 scholarship and Kyle Farnbauch, also of Hilliard Davidson, was awarded the $2,000 scholarship. Cassandra will be attending OSU and Kyle will be attending Wittenberg University. Tolles Career & Technical Center winner was Khadijah Rashid from Hilliard Bradley for the $1,000 scholarship who will attend Cedarville University. Congratulations and best wishes to all of these scholarship recipients!

Cuba: The New Beginning from May 18-25, 2016!

Volunteers Needed for Taste of Hilliard & Business Expo— August 5

he Taste of Hilliard & Business Expo is a huge event and would not be possible without the help of volunteers! Volunteers are needed to assist with parking, set-up, admissions, and other duties. Volunteers can arrive in shifts that will be between the hours of 4:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Great Time at Hilliard Golf Outing!

ongratulations to the winning team of the 2015 Chamber Golf Outing: Mitchell Staugler from Northwestern Mutual, Zach Lewis from Small Business Growth Alliance, Joe Dwyer and Tyler Schmelenberger. We had a hot, muggy and occasional sprinkle for our annual golf outing held June 15th at Heritage Golf Club. Over one hundred golfers participated in the fun event!
