First there's the advantage of being inert, with teflon and Kel-F wetted surfaces. T h e n there's the advantage of choice. Four IN STAC® valves to choose from: Π AVCA (Air Activated) Valve. Pilot air activated for complete thermal and electrical isolation of fluid from system. Π EVCA (Electric) Valve. Provides direct acting solenoid (12 V D C & 24 VDC) operation. Π LAVA (Lever) Valve. For manual on/off control of corrosive fluids. Ideal for panel mounting with easy-to-use mount­ ing bracket. Eliminates bulky stopcock valves. Π N O V A (Needle Override) Valve. Uniquely designed panel mounted needle valve. Override feature allows operator to go to full open or closed without losing adjusted setting. The Advantage Valves are designed to interface with all INSTAC fittings and components. Their small internal volume (.25 cc), long life (10 million cycles), and 100 PSIG pressure capability make them ideal for most applications.
