The Role Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, the Student Recruitment Coordinator (SRC) is responsible for delivering the international student recruitment plan across allocated markets in order to achieve the targets included in the College 3-year plan. The SRC is expected to build and develop the relationship between the College, University Partner, Source Country Offices (SCOs) and the Admissions & Recruitment Centre (ARC) through delivering training and information about the College offering and problem solving.

The SRC works closely with the University Partner to deliver joint recruitment initiatives, with a focus on conveying the institutional value proposition to market. On occasion, the SRC is required to travel to market to support the SCOs and attend recruitment events. As part of a wider College and Navitas Europe recruitment team, the SRC is will collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to meet sales targets and increase conversion rates.

The Opportunities As part of your role you’ll develop first-hand knowledge of a global company and undertake international travel. You’ll be involved in the recruitment, marketing and admissions functions locally but will also get the chance to visit other colleges to develop ideas on best practise. As part of your first year you will produce a project report on a key business area, such as marketing communications, market analysis, or conversion strategies. This will give you an opportunity to use our data and systems to deliver value to the company in a structured manner.

At the end of the end of your first year, you will have developed business awareness, customer service skills, presentation and communications skills, data analytics capability and business acumen. You’ll also get the chance to demonstrate your skills by presenting to the College Senior Management Team on your projects at the end of your first year. This role offers a natural onward progression into a range of local or global roles across the organisation’s Admissions, Marketing or Recruitment functions.
