Trainee/Internship Program Offer (10199) Photography - Los Angeles, CA

Start Date: as soon as possible Training Duration: 6 months Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week Compensation: UNPAID Housing: not provided, assisted to find Host Company Description: The host is a well-renown photographer in Los Angeles. His education and talent brought him to the level of photography of celebrity clients such as Rhianna, Katie Perry, Justin Bieber and the like. His works have been published in prestigious publications such as Billboard, Rolling Stones and Spin magazines. He is a master of lighting catering to each client by ensuring his/her comfort and ease before the camera. The program participant will receive hands-on photo shoots, and assist the main Photographer/company owner with in-house shoots for look-books, magazines, advertising campaigns, and product shots. Applicant Qualifications: • •

To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be photography undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold photography degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field 1-3 years of related photography experience Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, File Maker Pro, and Capture One Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus Great interpersonal and communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Proactive and able to solve problems independently Organized and adaptable with a dynamic personality

Training Duties Include: • • • •

Take on the roles of community managers and help connect the artists to their fans Process all digital film and maintain the photography library Keep inventory of all photo equipment and make purchases based on studio needs Print and frame photography as needed
