Trainee/Internship Program Offer (10271) Hospitality Management Program – Roche Harbor, WA

Start Date: April 15, 2016 End Date: November 15, 2016 Hours: 32-40 hours per week Compensation: $11.00 per hour Number of Position Offered: 6 Housing: room share, $50 per week

Host Company Description: The host company is a well-known hotel in this picturesque, full-service resort with historic and contemporary accommodations, waterfront views, restaurants, stores, as well as a marina and spa. Visitors to the area will find themselves surrounded with the historic cottages are a vestige of the company town from over a century ago, sitting on the sloping hillside on the east side of the harbor of this island. Roche Harbor (80 miles north of Seattle) is host to some of the most unique experiences in the Pacific Northwest, a place where one can interact with the surrounding beauty. The internship will be a combination of Food and Beverage, Events Planning and Guest Service operations.

Applicant Qualifications:    

To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold hospitality or restaurant management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field Advanced spoken English is required An ideal applicant should have previous food and beverage and guest services work experience
