The regular clientele is comprised of domestic and foreign politicians, amongst other patrons who enjoy fine dining Italian food. The restaurant has is an award-winning dining experience with a sophisticated menu that will take your senses on a delectable tour of Italy. This year the restaurant has been awarded Michelin star rating. The dining experience combines the comforts of true Italian hospitality, the wholesome ingredients of a real Italian marketplace, and the culinary innovation of the finest Italian chefs for a unique dining experience. Applicant Qualifications:     

To apply for the Internship program, you must be a restaurant management undergraduate student OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation. To apply for the Trainee program, you must hold a restaurant management degree and have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field OR be a career professional of 5 or more years of experience Excellent English is required Prior experience in a fine dining environment is required Knowledge of European cuisine is preferred
