Their team of engineers carries certifications in multiple IT platforms in addition to years of experience, allowing them to craft precise and effective solutions with minimal turnaround time. As a professional technology services firm, and over the past 14 years since the company was founded, they have developed and cultivated an all-star team that designs, develops and integrates enterprise software applications using a hybrid onshore / off-shore model. The company focuses on Oracle, SAP and Microsoft technologies as well as human resource capital. Position Description: The participant will gain knowledge of local, regional, and national recruiting and IT industry trends; receive training in telemarketing and sales aspect of recruiting and experience with full life cycle recruitment including but not limited effective sourcing, pre-screening, reference checking and closing through offer stage. To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be enrolled in studies in business, marketing, human resources or technology fields OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold business, marketing, human resources or technology fields degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field FLUENT English is required (written and spoken) MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RECRUITING OR TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE Excellent telephone skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic about the industry, able to multitask Ability to effectively market company services Ability to drive own work and work with little direct supervision Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills Experience working with Social Media sites, internal database, job boards and Internet searching
