Host Company Description: This host company is a restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine with several locations in New York, whose creator is a Michelin-starred Chef. The food is exquisite and esthetically stunning. Focusing on traditional Kyoto style dishes, the food is graceful and epic in flavor. Seasonal ingredients are used to create the menu. Training Outline: Train in all FOH Positions (approximately 4 weeks depending on experience) Train BOH Positions (2 weeks) Manager Responsibilities Training HR Training and payroll w/HR Director Basic Restaurant Accounting w/Bookkeeper Applicant Qualifications:    

To apply for the Internship program, you must be hospitality or restaurant management undergraduate student OR a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation. To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold restaurant management degree and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field Applicants must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining establishment Advanced English is required
