Inventory Management

Surplus Equipment Optimization Carousel evaluates existing equipment and surplus inventory – and recommends what to resell or scrap according to EPA guidelines.

Asset Recovery Carousel de-installs equipment no longer in use and ships to their Dallas warehouse or any required location.

Asset Barcoding Each piece of equipment is given a serialized barcode that can be tracked throughout the life of the product. The data captured through barcodes can include: receipt date, origination information, repair history, subsequent ship-to locations, and warranty status. We guarantee zero inventory loss.

Warehousing & Inventory Using our full-service 125K square foot and ISO 9001:2008 certified facility, we store equipment and manage all logistics. A customized web portal provides clients with detailed information on their assets, including: inventory levels and usage, repair requests, invoicing, shipment tracking, orders, and inventory management tools.

Repair & Refurbishment All equipment is given a thorough inspection in our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility, using state-of-the-art testing and diagnostic equipment. We have extensive expertise in repairing a diverse array of telephones, circuit boards and data equipment, as well as many popular models of smartphones and wireless tablets. We restore to like-new condition and offer a lifetime warranty on many of our refurbished products.

Custom Packaging & Processing Our logistics systems are mature and flexible, so we can customize programs to meet your needs. This includes specialized packaging with customized manuals and literature. Prepaid labels can be sent so users have a no-hassle way of returning assets. Our web portal can be customized with a client’s logo and other unique information.
