Bids must be received on or before the time of opening/evaluation or the bid will be rejected. The Voluntary MWBE participation goals for this bid are 10% for MBE and 10% for WBE. The MWBE goals are voluntary only. No preference will be included in the evaluation of the bid, no minimum level of MWE participation shall be required as a condition for receiving an award and bids will not be rejected or considered nonresponsive if they do not include MWBE participation.
