last week of global worker cards

congregational care & updates

I can’t help but think about the first church and what the Global Worker Cards would look like for the disciples – our first missionaries. Imagine their faces and prayer requests. Would you support them as they radically spread the words of Christ and the Good News he came to share with all nations?

RECENTLY HOSPITALIZED PRAYER LIST

This is our last week of new cards. We are finished. But you don’t have to be disappointed because the Global Workers are still out in the field, still needing your prayers, still working to spread the Good News of a Risen Jesus Christ. You can continue to support them as you take out their cards and pray over them.

St. Marys: Mary Koetsier

Your faithfulness, both young and old in coming to pick up the Global Cards was a joy to experience. I would like to challenge you to remember to pick up the Missionary Prayer Letters each month. They will be located across from the Chapel in the plastic display racks. Our Global Workers are tirelessly spreading the Gospel both near and far as they take time to write to us, their supporting Church. If you prefer to read a brief summary of requests online, you can go to calvarygr.org/missionsprayer. You are the ones whom our Global Workers are writing to, you are their family here in Grand Rapids. “May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” 2 Cor 13:14 If you are missing any of the Global Worker Cards from previous weeks, come to the Connection Point this Sunday or the Missions Department (Lower Level, Entrance H) any time and we will take care of you.
