IT Business Support Analyst Navitas USA Holdings LLC notices this job opportunity which will be at 24 Federal Street, Level 2, Boston MA 02110. The IT Business Support Analyst is responsible to provide data reporting service and work with Navitas USA IT staff in providing high quality customer service to ensure staff receive appropriate IT support and advice, maintain IT systems, ensure hardware and software requirements are adequate throughout the business units. Key Responsibilities  Develops and maintains effective relationships with staff, other divisions and third parties and liaising closely with them; deals promptly and effectively with staff, other divisions and third parties on all information management and technology related matters.  Assists with all campus management systems, student portals, and learning systems used by Navitas UPD North America including but not exclusive to application client installation and configuration, user training, developing reports and troubleshooting; maintains and reports on IT asset inventory on a bi-annual basis to the North American IT Services Director; arranges quotes on hardware and software as required per company guidelines and technology standards; provides IT support services, including recommends and reports on hardware / software upgrade requirements from time to time, maintains company standardized image on computers, and installs additional hardware and/or software as required and approved.  Ensures privacy regulations are understood and implemented; cooperates with other Navitas staff and external parties in a way which ensures that Navitas complies with privacy regulations; ensures client records and personal information are stored securely according to Navitas privacy policy; understands and commits to Navitas USA's quality policy and practices.  Develops data reports for business units, utilizes the campus management systems and student portal; assists business units with IT-related issues during critical business operation time period; contributes to Navitas projects as required; implements IT requirements for new business units; and performs any other duties as assigned by the North American IT Services Director. Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or foreign equivalent, and one year experience in Windows OS (desktop & server), Linux, PHP, Apache, MySQL and SQL Server; One year experience in computer network and Active Directory service; Experience in customer service demonstrating good communication skills, including telephone and writing skills;

Must have worked in a collaborative environment with cross functional exchange for solving or identifying solutions to technological problems; Demonstration of good organizational skills. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and domestically
