St. George’s Vestry Retreat The Very Rev. Shearon Williams called the meeting to order at 2pm. Vestry Officer Elections Register Crystal Hardin nominated Melanie Lilliston. Multiple Vestry members seconded the nomination. Melanie Lilliston was elected Register unanimously. Treasurer Burr Ault nominated George DeFilippi. Multiple Vestry members seconded the nomination. George DeFilippi was elected Treasurer unanimously. It should be noted that this will be George’s last year. We need to begin thinking of a transition plan. -1-

Senior Warden Dennis Fish nominated Crystal Hardin. Multiple Vestry members seconded the nomination. Crystal Hardin was elected Senior Warden unanimously. Junior Warden Mary Martha Churchman nominated Anna Alt-White. Multiple Vestry members seconded the nomination. Anna Alt-White was elected Junior Warden unanimously. Vestry Liaisons The Vestry agreed to the following changes from last year: –There will be a new committee created-Accessibility and Inclusion –The Senior Warden would like to continue with her liaison assignment. –The Capital Campaign Committee will now be the Renovation Committee --The Vestry as a Whole will serve as the liaison for the San Jose Committee After much discussion of individuals’ strengths and the activities that excite them, Vestry members agreed to assignment as liaisons to the following ministries: Anna Alt-White Renovation Committee Burr Ault Body Builders Hal Bean Buildings and Grounds George DeFilippi Financial Management Eric Goldman Worship Dennis Fish Accessibility and Inclusion Crystal Hardin Children and Youth Nathan Harpine Outreach Denise Cormaney Outreach Mary Martha Churchman Communications and Administration Elliott Branch Pastoral Care and Urban Abbey The Vestry San Jose The next meeting is scheduled for Feb 25th due to Ash Wednesday. Close with the Lord’s Prayer.
