Luke 19:1-4 Today your child learned that Jesus wants us to love Him. They heard the bible story about Zacchaeus and how he learned to love Jesus. They talked about ways they can show their love for Jesus.

Luke 19:5-7 Today your child learned that Jesus wants us to be kind. Children discovered that when Jesus was kind to Zacchaeus. Zacchaeus changed from a mean person to person who was kind. They practiced showing kindness to others.

Children heard how Jesus forgave Zacchaeus for the wrong things he’d done and that Zacchaeus gave half his money to the poor. They asked God to help them do what’s right too. ASK: Who helps us do the right thing?
