Learning Activities: The four year old classes will work on letters L, M, N and number 6, and rhyming. We will be evaluating four year olds’ skills in preparation for parent teacher conferences in February. Three year old classes are practicing speaking in sentences and putting puzzles together.

Winter Weather Please help your child learn to put on his/her coat, hat, and mittens by himself. Please label all mittens, hats, etc. with your child’s name. If school is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a text message and the information will be on the school answering machine after 7:00AM (448-0212).

Thank you for coming to the Christmas program and for your Christmas greetings and gifts to us. We wish you a blessed new year. Thanks for your generosity in the mitten/hat collection. We collected about 60 items for the Roseland community. Parent Teacher Conferences: On Monday, February 25th or Friday, February 28th we are allowing parents to come in for parent teacher conferences. More information will come home in January. You will be able to choose which day works best for you. Conferences are optional. We usually do not have con-

ferences about three year olds unless you have special concerns. Please let me know if you would like a conference for your 3 yr old. Events: January 14—show and tell—bring 6 of something! January 22—Black/ White Day—wear black and white if you can. On January 25, we are having Pajama Day with a mystery visitor and special reading. Wear your comfy pajamas to school that day.

Registration for next fall will open to families of current students on Monday, January 21st. All returning students need to register again so we know which sessions you want. A form will go home in Bible stories this month are about Jesus at the temple, Jesus chooses helpers, Jesus loves the children, Jesus heals the deaf man, Sick boy made well., and lame man walks.
