In the 10:30 service, the Sun City Choir opens with Here In This Place. And they will help us continue to learn a newer hymn, Speak, O Lord.
Men’s Bible Study begins on January 17th at 10:00 AM. The study will be on, “The Work of the Holy Spirit in Our World & in Our Lives.” The session leaders are: Jim Bond, John Hudson, Arnold Carlson, Lyle Curtis, Duane Erickson, and Wes Tracy. The sign up sheet is available in the foyer. Plan now to attend. The Women's Ministries Bible Study is to begin Tuesday, January 17 - February 28, 2017, 10:00 AM in room # 2, Sun City Nazarene Church. We are excited to announce that Barbara Daniels will be teaching the study. She has chosen to teach a study in Philippians. Be sure to sign the sign up sheet in the church foyer. There will be a $10 registration fee for the Study Guide and scholarships are available. We were so sorry to hear of the sudden passing of our dear friend, Barbara Weeks this week. Please keep Glen and the family in your prayers. After a Christmas break, the Craft Corner will meet this Thursday at 1:00 PM. Come see what exciting projects are in the works!

We will hear about the work in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) where Scott and Jenni serve.
The Gathering Place Concert will be on Thursday, January 19 at 10:00 AM. We have the privilege of having Steve Jones presenting Gospel Music. He is one of our favorites. Come join in with fellowship and good refreshments. There are tickets still available for the 2:00 PM concert of the Blackwood Brothers on January 27th. The 6:00 PM concert tickets are all given out.
