JESUS IS ABSOLUTELY SUPREME! His Authority is Supreme His Effectiveness is Supreme His Intimacy is Supreme John 20:30-31 “Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name. John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. The Greek word for Word is logos – “speaking a message or words”

John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 1 Timothy 2:5a “For there is one God,…” Colossians 2:9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form John 1:3 – All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. Jesus as Creator displays His Supreme Authority Colossians 1:16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. Romans 11:36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory. Amen. Jesus as Creator displays His Supreme Intimacy Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. John 17:17 Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth The Five Essentials WORD WORSHIP Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV) And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

CONNECT 1 Corinthians 12:25-26 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together. SERVE 1 Corinthians 7:7b But each has his own gift from God, one of one kind and one of another. 1 Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace SHARE Romans 10:13-15 For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
