We have a vacancy for a H.R. & Payroll Administrator at our Head Office in Syston. Flogas Britain is the second largest LPG supplier in the UK and has over 30 years’ experience providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers. Job Summary / Purpose: To deliver a high standard of H.R. administrative and payroll support processes, effective management of complex H.R. data and systems and production of H.R. M.I. to enable the wider H.R. team to engage with the business in order to drive competitive advantage. This is a key role within the HR Services team and requires an individual with a high level of attention to detail, selfmotivated along with a high level of resilience and enthusiasm. NB. Part-time and/or job share applications would be welcome for candidates with the right skills/experience. Job Outline: • Dealing with incoming telephone calls • Inputting, processing & managing all employee data including: • H.R. system data input administration including:  Starters  Leavers  Changes i.e. pay, personal details etc  Absence  Reference requests  Data filing & maintenance • Ensuring data integrity & accuracy • Developing H.R. system processes including changes, structure, principles, workflows etc • Full responsibility for managing and updating the HR employee system in line with payroll deadlines and structural changes • Creating and issuing employee communication e.g. company notices, employee letters etc • Producing and managing H.R. management information & reports to strict timelines and within strict parameters • Effective & efficient office management including:  Filing & data management  Ordering & control of stationery & supplies  Post services • Continuous development & improvement of office systems and administrative processes • Managing the long service award & Safety Stars schemes • Provision of other support to HR team with any other ad hoc activities as required The above tasks are for guidance purposes and the role holder will be expected to do any other tasks as is reasonably expected of them Key Competencies • Achievement Drive • Continuous Improvement • Interpersonal & Influencing Skills • Team Working • Detail conscious Qualifications/Experience Essential: • Minimum ‘O’ levels / GCSE level Maths & English

Previous experience producing reports and statistical data Previous experience of working with data bases and or similar Experience of providing a professional administrative support service within a face paced environment Proven track record of delivering high quality work, to deadlines Strong customer driven service mind set and approach Able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation Track record of having delivered improvements within an administrative environment Able to prioritise workload effectively, in line with business need Committed and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skills Is motivated by providing standards of excellence Competent in Word, Excel & Power point
